Givet今天正式離開球隊，加盟法乙他的故鄉球隊Arles-Avignon
他在09年加入我們之後，出賽了133場打進了5個進球
和Steve Kean的矛盾讓他失去了主力位置，但讓他贏得許多球迷的尊敬
"I want to say thank you to the club and to the fans," said Givet.
"Before Blackburn, I enjoyed my football in Monaco - I played in the
Champions League final - but my first three years in the Premier League with
Blackburn were the best moments of my career.
"It was an amazing experience for me and one I will never forget. Blackburn
Rovers will always have a big place in my heart and I am sad to be leaving,
but last season was hard for me and I think it is better for me and my family
to go back to France.
"But once again, I say thank you to the club for giving me a chance to play
in England and thank you to the fans for your support - I will never forget
it."
隨著Kean的離開，他依然沒有辦法得到太多機會，後來主要的原因還是因為薪資問題
Givet的薪資在球隊算高的，因此球隊限制他的出場機會
不得已的情況下球隊才會安排他上場，這也是他離開的主要原因
