Blue Jays decline arbitration offer to Delgado
It may not much of a surprise, but Carlos Delgado's tenure with the Blue Jays
officially ended Tuesday night when Toronto declined to offer him arbitration,
according to The Associated Press. The Jays did offer arbitration to one
player -- catcher Gregg Zaun.
