A couple of months ago, it looked like they'd jettison A.J. Burnett, who has the option of becoming a free agent after next season, but his strong finish makes that far less likely. Troy Glaus, another candidate to go, shouldn't have any trade value left after steroid allegations and surgery for plantar fasciitis. Jesse Litsch will probably have to battle a veteran for the final spot in the rotation. Of course, they're still in the wrong division.
