BREAKING: Inter Miami confirm Casemiro has joined on a free transfer until
the end of the 2027 MLS Sprint Season, with an extension option until June
2029. Terms in place since early June, as revealed on @talkSPORT.
Casemiro: "What motivates me the most, and I think this is true for every
player, is winning and continuing to grow. The project the Club presented
to me, along with the effort everyone made to bring me here, means a lot
to me."
LA Galaxy will receive compensation due to holding Casemiro's discovery
rights. MLS say they are "reviewing a tampering allegation". Information
gathered in the investigation could inform the final amount Galaxy
receive.
