2009/10 Fritz-Walter-Medaille
德國足球協會從2005年開始為年度最佳新秀設立Fritz-Walter-Medaille，並分為金獎、
銀獎和銅獎。籍此獎勵在當年度在19歲、18歲和17歲這三個年齡組中表現優異的年輕球
員。
金獎、銀獎和銅獎獲得者分別可以獲得2萬歐元、1萬5千歐元和1萬歐元的獎勵。
Fritz-Walter-Medaille的名稱是德國足協為紀念弗里茨·瓦爾特而在2002年確定。弗里
茨·瓦爾特是德國足球名宿，也是德國的球隊領袖和楷模，他作為隊長帶領德國隊獲得
1954年的國際足協世界盃。每一個獎項都由評審團商議評出，評審團由德國足協董事會
、足協青年委員會和足協教練委員會組成。
