Acquisition of Jason Kidd surprised Tyson Chandler, Carmelo Anthony LAS VEGAS -- The Knicks' agreement with Jason Kidd was so unexpected that two of his close friends, Tyson Chandler and Deron Williams, never saw it coming. Carmelo Anthony was stunned twice.
