Carmelo Anthony sat down with ESPN The Magazine to talk about the upcoming NBA season and his expectations for himself and the New York Knicks: “I can’t really sit here and explain [what I'm going to be like this season], but I can tell you that I’m looking forward to having one of my best seasons that I’ve had.” More interview and video after the jump When asked if he’s ever experienced a period of time when it wasn’t fun to be a Knick: “There was definitely a period when it was like…it wasn’t even about basketball no more, because you have so much coming at you left, right, where you can’t really focus in.” On himself and Amar’e Stoudemire meshing: “When Miami wasn’t winning, they said LeBron and D Wade couldn’t do it.
