At the morning shootaround at a Frisco’s Olympic Club, Anthony said he
expects to play after missing one week and three games with a stiff/sore
right knee that had fluid buildup in the back.
今天上午的投籃訓練中，MELO說，他預計會上場，他因右膝蓋酸痛/僵硬(積水在後面)錯過
三場比賽將回到場上。
“It’s still on there,’’ Anthony joked about his knee. “I think I’ll go
tonight. I used this week to really try to get healthy, get my legs back, get
the soreness out. I don’t think (the fluid) is completely gone. But getting
the rest, sitting out a couple of days, getting treatment, I definitely
benefitted.’’
“This was always the plan to come back on this road trip, to use this last
week to get more rest and try to start off fresh for this road trip,’’
Anthony said. “I don’t think I’ll ever be 100 percent to be honest with
you, but I will play tonight.’’
Melo開玩笑說：它仍然在那裡，我想今晚我會上場比賽。我用這個星期休息試著獲得真正
的健康。我不認為（膝蓋積水）完全消失了，但得到休息、接受治療，肯定有比較好。本

Anthony said he can’t get an answer on what the injury exactly but so far he
has not been told offseason surgery is needed because of any cartilage wear
and tear. Anthony had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee after the
2010-011 season.
Melo說，對這個傷害他無法得到答案，但到目前為止，他還沒有被告知手術是必要的，

In light of Amar’e Stoudemire’s impending knee surgery, Knicks coach Mike
Woodson has said he wants to keep Melo to 35 minutes tops the rest of the
season. Melo didn’t sound crazy about the idea.

“I don’t know,’’ Anthony said. “We got to see how the game goes. If I

Melo 說：我們會看到比賽的狀況而定，如果我回來比賽就是回來了，如果他想限制我的
上場時間，我會翹首以待。但是，當我回來比賽，我就是回來了。
He certainly will be ready for Wednesday’s game in Denver, marking his first
return to the Rocky Mountains before forcing a trade to New York in 2010-11.

“ I wasn’t concerned about that,’’ Anthony claimed. “I’m very happy to
go back and play. If I wasn’t able to play, I wouldn’t have been upset
about missing that game.’’

When asked about if it will be special, Anthony said, “Just to go back, I
started my career there. I spent 7 ½ years of my career. I did so much in

some mixed emotions with me. It was a new beginning when I started out there.
There’s a lot of emotions.’’
當被問及這場比賽對他而是是否是特殊的，Melo說：就只是回去我開始職業生涯的地方比
賽。我可是在那裏花了我的職業生涯中的7年半(在這個城市，我做了這麼多)，當我回去

Anthony departed the Cleveland game last Monday after he took a fall with the
Knicks down 22 points. The Knicks rallied for the win. Anthony said he had
been bothered by the injury the past couple of weeks but played through it.
Anthony thinks the original injury occurred all the way back when he
hyperextended the knee on Christmas against the Lakers. Anthony has missed 10
games this season.
Now Stoudemire is out at least six weeks and could be out until the second
round of the playoffs.
Melo是在對戰騎士時跌倒離開球場上，那時尼克落後22分，但最後尼克逆轉勝，這個傷痛
已經困擾他好幾個星期。

“Take away the basketball aspect, just for him as person, mentally and
emotionally to go through the rollercoaster ride, to work so hard to get back
to where he was at and to take a step backwards, I feel bad for him,’’
Anthony said. “As a person . I know he’s going through a lot trying to
figure out why always him.’’
Melo說：從阿罵的的手中拿走籃球，他是如此努力練習，想回到以前的阿罵，然後現在又
退回到原點，我知道他一定很難過，我知道他經歷了很多並且試圖找出為什麼總是他。
(唉…太陽時的阿罵因為傷病纏身應該永遠回不來了)
Woodson said after the West Coast trip, he and Glen Grunwald will reevaluate
whether they need to open a roster spot and determine if there's a realistic
shot of Rasheed Wallace (foot surgery) can return deep in the playoffs.
武僧說，在客旅西海岸之旅後，他和Glen Grunwald將重新評估並決定是否要再補進一名
球員(一個現實的問題，西蛙（左腳手術）後能否在季後賽時返回。)
“There’s no pain at all. Just stiffness,’’ Anthony said. “Nobody really
can give me an exact answer on it. There’s no pain or ligament damage. Just
fluid int the back of the knee that’s prevented me from hyperextending my
leg. None of that. No surgery.’’
Melo說：沒有疼痛，只是堅硬沒有柔軟度，沒有人可以給我一個確切的答案為什麼會這樣
。沒有疼痛或韌帶損傷，只是膝蓋後面積水，讓我沒有辦法伸長我的腿，目前不會動手術
(對於尼克的醫療團隊不是很有信心，好想讓Melo去看醫龍團隊，可是最近都沒有對太陽
的客場之戰::>_<::)

I am so sad-︵-，跟中日戰後的Baseball板一樣隱身中，只有Melo的消息能讓我暫時浮
出水面，but…
沒有100%就復出，我怎麼比Melo還抖，Melo到尼克後的每一季季後賽遇到的都是隊友傷病
的問題，運氣已經夠不好，不希望看到連Melo自己到季後賽也受傷病之苦
只能希望他別硬撐，多休息~^o^~

I am so sad其實並不是因為Knicks、Melo、Amar'e，而是WBC打出了台灣Baseball竟然是
由一個邪教組織統籌的真相，網路力量又太渺小無法與之抗衡，所以決定走出網路在實際
生活中更加努力推翻惡魔黨暴政 XD
很多事雖然我不再關心，但Melo一直是例外，難以戒斷的癮(苦笑ing)
Update Melo 傷情
Anthony, after missing three straight games with fluid in his right knee, had
no fluidity to his game, pop in his legs or rhythm to his jumper, stinking
out the Bay Area with a 4-of-15 brickfest.
在Melo因為右膝積水缺賽三場後，他的腳傷似乎讓他的跳投失去了節奏，在對勇士時他15
投只有4中。
It was real sore,” Anthony said. “I tried to get through it and figure it
out. I didn’t know how it would respond. It was agitation. I felt it out
there.”
勇士賽後Melo說：有疼痛感，我試著弄清楚，我不知道如何應對膝蓋傷勢的回應，它困擾
到我，我可以感覺它(積水？)一直在那裡。
Anthony was not himself, moving stiffly, shooting poorly, defending ineptly.
He left his man for switches, leaving guys open, including in the second
quarter when Jarrett Jack hit a wide-open jumper on a Anthony switch.
Melo在場上看起來不是他自己，僵硬地移動，投籃命中率不佳，防守腳步蹣跚。換防時他
無法跟上自己的防守對手，讓防守對手處於空檔，在第二節時Jarrett Jack的就利用Melo
換防時的大空檔進攻。
Carmelo on his right knee: "It’s no pain. It’s just irritation, agitating,
aggravating. But no pain at all. It’s kinda hard to explain."
Melo談他的右膝傷勢：它不痛，它只是不舒服、很困擾人，但它一點都不會痛，這有點
難以解釋。
It would have been so much easier if Carmelo just said "sore left foot" as
opposed to "irritation, agitating, aggravating." .
如果Melo說：左腳酸痛而不是它不舒服、很困擾人反而會容易的多。

這到底是什麼神奇的傷病啊？希望傷病快離開Melo
反對帶傷上場，看陽岱鋼隱瞞膝傷就知道這麼做對球隊和自己都不是最好的選擇，但小球
迷的意見大多沒有用，以目前外電看來：下一戰對金塊，Melo還是決定帶傷上場比賽，只
能希望賽前他能改變心意，養傷多休息

老實說現在無心思管Knicks打的如何，只關心Melo傷情，只是個隨著Melo跳槽到Knicks的

自從拖了二個月後才判斷出西蛙是骨折需動刀，再加上最近剛宣布阿罵四月後可以沒有時
間限制的上場打球，結果阿罵又立刻動手術，對尼克醫療團隊越來越沒有信心，全NBA最
棒的醫療團隊，大家都知道是太陽城的醫龍團隊
Tyson Chandler admitted Melo's return kind of put everyone out of sync after
playing without him for 3 1/2 games. Defensively, the Knicks reverted and
Melo didn't help the cause on either end.
拳王承認Melo 在3 1/2場比賽沒上場後的回歸反而造成大家打的更無法融合，在攻守兩端
Melo都沒有辦法幫上忙。
(拳王都說話了：硬帶傷上場還不是拚命打鐵，結果幫不上忙反而拖累球隊，不如多休幾
場，看膝蓋積水能不能發生奇績的自然消除啊)
Disappointing to say the least. Could be alarming if this knee thing doesn't
clear up on its own.
更令人失望的是膝傷可能是驚人的，如果膝蓋積水無法自然消除的話。

如果真的是膝蓋積水沒有誤診，不用積極的侵入性治療，只等著自然消除，有點像是天方
夜談，再硬撐打下去不要說Knicks季後賽不用玩了，可能還會損害Melo未來的職業生涯
