Italian Under-21 boss Claudio Gentile has named his 24-man squad
for this month’s European Championship Finals.
The former World Cup winner has included no surprises and will hand
UEFA the names of his 22-man party, plus two reserves, on Monday.
The players will meet up at the start of next week before the tournament
kicks off on May 23 in Portugal, with the Final set for June 4.
Italy are the reigning champions at this level after triumphing,
under Gentile, in Germany two years ago.

Agliardi (Palermo), Aquilani (Roma), Bianchi, Biondini (Reggina),
Bovo (Roma), Canini (Cagliari), Chiellini (Juventus), Coda (Empoli),
Curci (Roma), Defendi (Atalanta), Donadel (Fiorentina),
Ferronetti (Parma), Foggia (Ascoli), Galloppa (Triestina),
Mantovani (Chievo), Mirante (Siena), Montolivo (Fiorentina),
Palladino (Livorno), Pazzini (Fiorentina), Pepe (Udinese),
