Guidolin slams Fiorentina 'cheats'

Palermo Coach Francesco Guidolin had to be dragged away from
an argument with Cesare Prandelli after Fiorentina's controversial goal.
Palermo主帥 Guidolin在 Fiorentina踢進爭議進球後跟 Prandelli爭吵到被拖走。
The Sicilians were furious when Roberto Guana fell to the ground
with a muscular injury, yet Adrian Mutu took the loose ball and
ran up the other end to score at the Stadio Barbera.
當時 Roberto Guana被放倒，肌肉受傷，Mutu拿到球卻繼續跑到另一側並射門得分。
The already tense situation exploded and Guidolin was sent off for dissent,
but as he went he was pulled away from a vicious touchline row
with Viola Coach Prandelli.
原本就已緊繃的情況一舉爆發，Guidolin因為抗議被罰出場，
他跑去 Fiorentina替補席跟對方的主教練 Prandelli爭吵。
“I will never speak to Prandelli again. It is over. He told me I'm crazy,
but that is not the case,” slammed the Rosanero boss.
Guidolin猛烈抨擊：「我再也不會跟 Prandelli講話了，結束了！
他說我瘋了，但是並不是這樣。」
“This is something that should never be seen on the football field.
I am not angry with my players, because they reacted in the heat
of the moment, but I will take it out on Prandelli.
「這是一些永遠不該在足球場上發生的事，我並不會對我的球員生氣，
因為他們帶著火氣回應了該時刻，但是要要向 Prandelli發洩怨氣。」
“There was a moment after the incident where they could have made up for it,
but instead it was a squalid reaction. There is talk of fair play,
then when you see you can cheat your way to a result,
you do everything to get it.”
「在那個事件後有一刻他們是可能做出彌補的，但是卻反而做出卑鄙的反應，
一直在談公平競賽，然後當你有機會騙取賽果又不擇手段。」
Under new rules the referee must stop play if someone is down injured,
but the official did not blow his whistle and Mutu continued to
score the goal.
在新規則下如果有人因傷倒地裁判必須停止比賽，
但是裁判沒有鳴哨，Mutu就繼續到進球。
“If something like that had happened to me, I would have the courage
to stop my team and allow the opponents to score an equaliser.
If I don't, then I am not a man,” continued Guidolin after the 1-1 draw.
Guidolin說：「如果這類的事發生在我身上，我有勇氣對我的球員喊停，
就讓對手去踢進追平分，如果我沒這麼做，我就不是男人。」
“There are unwritten rules in this sport. It happens every Sunday
that you put the ball out of play when it is clear that there was
no simulation involved. You cannot continue in those circumstances.
I always tell my players to put out the ball.”
「這項運動是有不成文規定的，在很清楚其中沒有偽裝的時候，
你就會把球踢出場外，這是每個星期天都會發生的事，
你不能在那種情況下繼續比賽，我總是告訴我們球員要中斷比賽。」
Prandelli reacted to these furious comments by pointing out
there are written rules ahead of unwritten ones.
Prandelli對這些憤怒評論的回應則是指出明文的規定先於不成文的。
“Clearly the incident was unlucky for Palermo and we're sorry about that,
but we have nothing to do with it,” assured the Fiorentina Coach.
他說：「很明顯這事件對 Palermo來說不太走運，我們很抱歉，
但是我們跟這事一點關係都沒有。」
“Adrian did not see Guana on the ground and kept going. The rules state
that the referee must stop play in these cases and he waved us on.
Guidolin was a little tense, but he shouldn't take it out on
the opposition bench.”
「Adrian（Mutu）沒有看到 Guana倒地所以繼續比賽，
規定明言裁判在這些狀況必須中斷比賽，而它示意比賽繼續進行，
Guidolin有點緊繃，但是他不應該到對手的板凳區發洩。」
Goalscorer Mutu also explained his view of the controversial goal
at the Stadio Barbera.
Mutu也解釋了自己對於該爭議進球的觀點。
“I did not see that Guana was on the ground. I had won back the ball
in midfield and immediately pushed forward, so he was behind me.
I don't think we robbed anyone. It was a perfectly valid goal.”
他說：「我沒看到 Guana倒地，我在中場搶到球就立刻往前推進，
所以他在我身後，我不認為我們搶劫了任何人，這是個完全合法的進球。」
