World Cup winner Marcello Lippi says he will not return to coaching
for the time being. “I'm not coming back for five or six months.”
The Coach left the Italy bench after the World Cup last summer and
has been paired with several outfits including his former team Juventus,
but it seems that the time for his return has yet to come.
“I have received several offers from foreign clubs,
also some important outfits, but I turned them down,”
said Lippi speaking to students at Milan's Catholic University on Thursday.
Lippi週四在米蘭對天主教大學的學生演講時說：
「我收到許多外國球會的邀約，有些是重要的球會，但是我拒絕了他們。」
“However I have not been contacted by any Italian club.
This summer I will not start a new job, I plan on resting
for another five or six months,” added the tactician.

Lippi also gave his verdict on Milan's win over Manchester United
in the Champions League semi-final and the upcoming Final in Athens
against Liverpool.
“The team was amazing and I am very happy for Carlo Ancelotti
and his players,” said the experienced tactician.

“They played an amazing match, similar to a World Cup tie.
This result represents a miracle, which took place thanks to a group
of players with great qualities and motivation, who know how to suffer.

感謝一群擁有出色水平與幹勁的球員，他們懂得如何吃苦。」
“Now I hope they can erase Istanbul's defeat,”
concluded the former Azzurri boss.

Milan will face the Reds on May 23, a repeat of the 2005 decider
when the English side overturned a 3-0 half-time deficit
and eventually triumphed on penalties.
