Sampdoria duo Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini have been dubbed
'the goal twins' in Italy after forming a successful partnership on
the field when the latter joined the club in the winter transfer window.

The former Roma and Fiorentina men combined this past weekend for the
opening goal in their 2-1 win over Catania and look set to keep up their
good form in the 2009-10 campaign.

"I've played with him since January and he [Cassano] always continues to
impress me," said Pazzini to the press, according to Goal.com Italia.

we are very good, but with Antonio it's very easy. Our full potential
still has not been discovered."

Both strikers are hoping for a spot in Italy's World Cup squad next summer,
with Pazzini looking the more likely as coach Marcello Lippi has often
snubbed Cassano.
