MARQUINHOS SIGNS 5-YEAR DEAL WITH PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN http://0rz.tw/t2lD8 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN is delighted to announce that Marcos Aoas Correa, known as Marquinhos, has signed a five-year contract with the club after transferring from AS Roma. Born on 14 May, 1994, in Sao Paulo (Brazil), Marquinhos is a product of the SC Corinthians youth academy and made his professional debut in the 2012 season, playing six times in the Brazilian first division. In August 2012, he was transferred to AS Roma in the Italian Serie A. During his very first season in the Italian capital, he imposed himself as a first-choice central defender. He made 26 appearances in Serie A and played four matches in the Coppa d'Italia, including the final against city rivals SS Lazio. Marquinhos will wear the number 5 jersey. "The transfer of Marquinhos, a future star, whose qualities have already attracted the attention of Europe's biggest club's, is a source of great satisfaction for Paris Saint-Germain. It underlines the club's desire to look towards the future in order to construct one of Europe's biggest clubs", declared Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
