Pane calls up 23 players for friendly against Croatia on 13th August Wednesday 06/08/2014 02:36 Italy's U19s will start their season in Friuli: Head Coach Alessandro Pane's Azzurrini will take part in a four day training camp from 9th August in Udine, which will conclude with a friendly match against Croatia on 13th August at the Comunale stadium in Manzano (kick-off at 18:30). Simone Scuffet and Alberto Cerri, who have already made their Serie A debut with Udinese Calcio and FC Parma respectively, are among the 23 players. The Azzurrini will train twice on Sunday and Monday and once on Tuesday and Wednesday (in the morning before the match, all sessions to be held in Martignacco). Italy's U19s will participate in the Under-19 European Championships in October: Italy is in Group 9 with Armenia, San Marino and home side Serbia, who will host the group from 10th to 15th October. The first two teams will qualify for the Elite Round. Italy's U19 squad Goalkeepers: Stefano Gori (AC Milan), Lorenzo Montipo' (Novara Calcio), Simone Scuffet (Udinese Calcio) Defenders: Armando Anastasio (SSC Napoli), Arturo Calabresi (AS Roma), Davide Calabria (AC Milan), Andrea Gemignani (FC Empoli), Sebastiano Luberto (SSC Napoli), Roberto Pirrello (US Palermo), Giacomo Sciacca (FC Internazionale Milano), Luca Zanon (ACF Fiorentina). Midfielders: Simone Bastoni (AC Spezia), Alessandro Mastalli (AC Milan), Alessandro Murgia (SS Lazio), Andrea Palazzi (FC Internazionale Milano), Vittorio Parigini (AC Perugia), Mario Pugliese (Atalanta BC), Demetrio Steffe (FC Internazionale Milano).
