Rolen 從五月中以來首度做打擊練習
ST. LOUIS:
3B Scott Rolen, on the DL with a sprained left shoulder since May 12, took
batting practice for the first time on Monday. Manager Tony La Russa said
Rolen had a ``productive week'' of rehab while the Cardinals were gone on a
4-3 trip. ``What we don't want to do is start putting deadlines on because
he's just starting to take swings,'' La Russa said. ``The idea is for us to
be able to take a look at him firsthand and in conversation with him figure
out the pace of his return.''
