Assi stant General Manager Chris Grant, who runs the team's draft, atten ded the NBA Pre-Draft Camp in Orlando, Fla., during the Eastern Con ference finals. Multiple teams have extra first- and second-round picks. Grant said the Cavs might have the green light to buy a pick for as much as $3 million, but it would depend on who's available during differ ent points in the draft. It will be the most he has made for a season in his career. "I haven't gotten much playing time and other teams haven't got ten a chance to see me," Newble said.
