Andrew Bynum has shown no interest in signing an extension with the Magic
should they agree to a trade with the Lakers involving Dwight Howard.
Like Howard, Bynum will become a free agent in the offseason of 2013.
If Bynum doesn't sign an extension, the Cavaliers and Mavericks are among the
teams with cap space that would interest him.
