Boston Celtics guard and former Crane High School star Tony Allen was
arrested Wednesday and was expected to spend the night in jail while
prosecutors considered criminal charges against him, the Chicago Sun-Times
has learned.
Allen isn't considered a suspect in the shooting of Marktwain Johnson, 29,
who was wounded in the left arm and left side. But Johnson and Nigel Odum,
24, have filed a civil lawsuit against Allen. Odum claims Allen punched him
and fractured his left eye socket just before another man who was part of
Allen's group opened fire on Johnson.
Allen tapped the shooter on the chest and said, "F - - - him up," after which
the fight and shooting ensued, the lawsuit alleges.
"It's all on tape," said Rahsaan Gordon, the lawyer for Johnson and Odum.
"Tony Allen struck my client unprovoked."
The shooter still is not in custody, authorities said.
Allen已經被芝加哥警方逮捕了,他將在牢裡蹲一晚等待起訴
目前警方不認為他是槍擊Johnson的嫌犯,但是Johnson和Odum仍然要控告他
Odum宣稱Allen在衝突發生的時候打碎了他的左眼窩
另外控方律師則認為Allen有教唆嫌犯槍擊Johnson的嫌疑
