· On the Game 7 loss: “It was tough to swallow. I’m disappointed in
myself. We expected to be preparing for the Finals and we’re not.”

· On growth: “Part of that pain that occurs is to grow. There’s always
something to get better at. It’s humbling to lose. It makes me want to get

· On the Playoffs: “The Playoffs are when the most is on the line and
that’s when I have the most fun.”

· On last night’s struggles: “I barely slept. I had a bad game. It sucks
to go out like that. This is a game we could have won and should have won.”

septum and was recovering. I don’t think he wanted to be seen in public and
ruin his movie career (laughs).”

· On ownership paying the luxury tax: “Our ownership group has been willing
to pay for a team that has a chance.”

· On Jayson Tatum: “We expected him to play 20-25 per game off the bench.
He obviously did a lot more than that, but he’s just scratching the surface.”

· On Gordon Hayward’s recovery: “He’s progressing well. He’s playing
one-on-one already. Should be able to play full basketball in one to two
