莫里老大週五再度獲獎，因為他在04-05賽季 Tissot Managers’Performance
League 排名第一。這個 Tissot 排行榜對92個足球聯盟俱樂部的主教練進行排名，
有各種的計算分數方式，其中特別注重連續不敗場次、完勝以及客場勝利。
上賽季中莫里老大獲頒四分之三賽程的最高分獎，而季末的總成績也排名第一，
擊敗溫格、Luton 的 Mike Newell、佛格森、桑德蘭的 Mick McCarthy，還有週日的
對手 － 維岡的 Paul Jewell
Mourinho was presented with the award and a special watch by the
president of Tissot, Francois Thiebaud, and John Duncan from the League
Managers’ Asssociation who organise the awards.
