was zero, his evolution in Chelsea is good. He is better now."
"I spoke to Villa boss David O'Leary a few times last season, he
told me Carlton's motivation wasn't the highest and asked if he
had some problems."
"He has motivation now, I think his dream was to play for Chelsea.
He knows his role in the team, he knows at the moment he is not
first choice, but he has played in four straight games and will
play again on Saturday."
"Carlton knows he is staying until the end of the season. I won't
open my door for him to go. I spoke with him a few times because
I always tell him when we get enquiries to take him on loan. He
says he is happy here and would rather stay. He's at home, he's
happy and he's under our control."
