Asier Del Horno will miss the World Cup after Spain today (Thursday)
received permission to replace the injured player in their squad.

The Chelsea left-back suffered damage to a tendon in his lower leg last
week and a scan on Tuesday revealed he would be out of action for over two
weeks. Spain applied to FIFA to change their squad list and when they were
