Gwyn Williams leaves Chelsea

Gwyn Williams, who joined Chelsea as youth development officer in 1979, has
left the club.
A club statement reads: “Gwyn Williams who has been with the Company for
over 25 years, including as Assistant Manager and latterly as Chief Scout,
has decided to leave to pursue new ventures.”
Peter Kenyon added: “We would like to thank Gwyn for his loyal and committed
service and I know you will want to join with me in wishing him all the very
best for the future and every success in whatever direction he decides to
explore.”
