小賴特： "I've settled in, I didn't think it would have taken me this
long, but it has. Like I said, I've kept my head down and got on
with it. I set myself high targets from the start.
"I've never had to adjust them and won't stop until I get there.
I believe now the things I used to do are coming more naturally,
the way they used to do.
"I'm learning how to make an impact, make a chance in the time
you're given. I am settled in the south completely and I see
myself living here for the rest of my life.
"I've been working hard all year. I've been keeping my head down
and finding my feet the longer I've been here."
