The teen sensation, on loan for the 2016/17 campaign from Chelsea, finished on 26 goals in all competitions and took all three main prizes from the Supporters Club & Trust. Only Matthew Hill and Cole Skuse have previously claimed the Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards in the same season - but no one has managed all three main honours. Abraham swept the board with the Disabled Supporters Association and Senior Reds also handing him their Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards.
