Bulls Sign Undrafted Eddie Badsen For The 2005 Season

Daily Herald - The Bulls have seen enough of rookie Eddie Basden at the
Reebok Vegas Summer League to lock him up for the coming season.
The 6-foot-5 guard from Charlotte, who went undrafted, has agreed to a
partially-guaranteed contract and is planning to attend Bulls training
camp in October.
In three games at Las Vegas, Basden has averaged 16.0 points, 5.0 rebounds
and 1.7 steals, while shooting 45.7 percent from the field. Defense was
supposed to be Basden’s specialty rather than scoring.
On Sunday night, Basden scored 18 points and hit 2 free throws with 0.5
seconds on the clock to give the Bulls a 72-71 win over Sacramento.
