Bulls owner refutes(駁斥) GM Paxson will resign
Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf released a statement on Friday refuting NY Post
columnist Peter Vescey's report that GM John Paxson will resign this week.
"Pete Vecsey is not a credible enough source to comment on," Reinsdorf said.
"Two weeks ago he had John being fired. Now he has him resigning."
The Sun-Times confirmed earlier today that Paxson does intend to resign,
so we'll just have to wait and see what happens. The Daily Herald notes that
the Bulls have discussed hiring someone to strengthen their front-office,
but Doug Collins is not a candidate.
