Bulls present salary cap situation http://goo.gl/GeuI I'm sure someone has a better list compiled, but I haven't seen it yet, so until I do, here's some rough cap numbers on the flexibility the Bulls have left and what they might do with it. If the Bulls want to use the rest of their cap space this off-season, their present salary information looks something like this. The first number is if Redick comes to the Bulls, the second number is if Redick is matched by Orlando. Salaries are just estimates for Boozer, Redick, Asik, and Korver. Redick $7,000,000 Derrick Rose $5,546,160 Kyle Korver $5,000,000 Joakim Noah $3,128,536 James Johnson $1,713,600 Taj Gibson $1,117,680 Omer Asik $1,500,000 Vet Min $473,604 Vet Min $473,604 Vet Min $473,604 Total: $50,771,788 Salary Cap: $58,044,000 Cap Remaining $7,272,212 Cap Remaining If Redick Matched $13,798,608 Presuming the Magic do not match on J.J. Redick, the Bulls may opt to hold some space for the trade deadline in case a better move becomes available then. Assuming the Bulls fill up to the minimum 13 roster spots with 3rd year vet minimum (maximum amount) rather than the signing rookies and 2nd year players to the minimum their salaries could look something like this at the deadline if they opt to save some space. I'd expect anyone left to sign for the vet minimum or perhaps two year deals at slightly above the minimum, but I don't see the Bulls making any more 3+ year commitments given the talent that's available.
