最近很多的交易傳聞都甚囂塵上不過既然季中交易都要付出代價改變現有的陣容那不如等到暑假的補強很多FA應該會樂意加入逐漸強大的公牛隊首先post一個Noah跟吉祥物練習的影片 http://tinyurl.com/4g6njxk 能看到Noah在為了復出準備而且Bulls即將是Full Strength的邁向季後賽還滿讓人振奮 Rose在接受訪問到今天對上馬刺是不是所謂的"Statement game" (聲明) 他說: " Definitely, It will mean a lot to see how far we've come. " " When we played them there, we played a decent game but it got away from us in the third quarter. They're a great team. But we can assume that most contender/championship caliber elite teams do not run offenses that are quote, "Winning Ugly." And thus, regarding tonight's game, I'm not looking so much at matchups and previous history as to how this team is playing. The Bulls even with the comitted trapping of Charlotte took advantage of the over comittment on Derrick, and found the open man time after time. And guys like Bogans of all people(who lately is shooting much better to his credit) and Korver hit their shots. Evidenced by the team shooting 50% for the game. But we know 50% is not something that happens every night. In this league elite teams(contenders and champions) have nights, many nights, where they maintain their winning ways/momentum by riding the 'ivincibility of superstars.' It's the every second or third game where a particular matchup or coach has a read on your team, and the Kobes, Wades, LeBrons etc. come out to play. Guys that can go on scoring binges in third and fourth quarters(or sometimes whole games). Guys that can get to the line two, or three times in a row late in games to show: "you can't stop us/we will score." Taking the pressure off of the rest of the team's shooters/scorers, and quelling the other team's momentum is what winning long term(especially on the road) is all about. The Bulls now have one of those "stoppers"/momentum killing superstars in Derrick Rose. But a star usually has a field goal percentage of .450 or higher. So as Derrick's field goal percentage has dropped from .460 something it was earlier this season(and for his career) to currently .445 you have to think: besides the increased three point shooting, is it also the increased attention of a starting all-star and MVP candidate(superstar) that has caused stepped up doubling to stop him? Most obviously the answer is yes. So with all of the doubling, teams are making it hard for Derrick to score. It's just that simple. And then you see nights where he's clanking, and shooting 30% like the Charlotte game. Scoring comes from the inside out as Thibs himself says. When your inside game is taken away, it puts more pressure on your outside shooting. Unless you're Kyle Korver. Look, this summer Derrick played with the U.S.A team for the FIBA/International title. People who don't really follow Derrick like a true obsessed fan(being most fans) didn't really see game after game how poorly Derrick shot the ball, and really thus failed to be a scoring force. All the "Coach K wants Derrick only to be a facilitator so that's why D isn't scoring" chatter was hogwash. Durant and the US team won games many of which didn't have to be that close. They would have loved to have a second scoring star. But Derrick like he has in tryouts before and in some marquee matchups(in past seasons)didn't let his game flow naturally. He was tight. The true mark of a professional is someone who can produce not sporadically, but consistently. And that's Derrick. He feeds of of consistency. The more he plays with guys, and the more he is needed to be that scoring force, the better he performs. But right now with all the stepped up doubling is something new. Which is the kind of thing D-Rose takes a while to get used to. And he has been contributing more and more even while missing more shots in double and triple team situations/games. Derrick has done remarkably well in my view being a consistent winning force despite these changed/restrictive circumstances. But IMO two things need to happen for Derrick to truly dominate like a champion. 1) He needs better plays called in response to extended doubles. He needs bigs to come out, and he needs to give and go getting the ball back in open space. Also, screens today are often employed with bigs running to spots where ballahndler knows they are going to be, and then he drives past with the last second "screen" completely rubbing off defenders. This is something that is allowed by the league/many winning teams do, and the Bulls simply do not take advantage of this. 2) Derrick needs a big who can handle the ball/drive/make teams pay for the double. It just so happens he has the perfect candidate in Joakim Noah. After relying on team ball to shoot 50% the law of averages will probably rear it's ugly head in tonight's game. Without the confidence building and opportuntiy creating offense of a superstar player the Bulls will have to "grind out" a win i.e "winning ugly." But truly elite teams are usually not teams associated with struggling offensively/winning ugly. So the Bulls need to find a way to help Derrick overcome these doubles. And if so he will explode in games like this one. And his field goal percentage will go back to where it rightly should be as a superstar that of say .455-.460 and up.
