As of now, it looks like the Bulls are not expecting Rose to fully recover until late December, according to a report by Neil Hayes of the Chicago Sun-Times. The Sun-Times has learned that Rose was told to expect an eight-month rehabilitation, which would allow him to return to the Bulls in late December or early January.
