December 26, 2013 -- The Chicago Bulls announced today the team has assigned
guard Marquis Teague to the Iowa Energy of the NBA Development League
(D-League).
Teague (6-2, 190) has appeared in 19 games (two starts) for the Bulls this
season and averaged 2.4 ppg, 1.5 apg and 1.0 rpg in 12.7 mpg.
Teague was selected by Chicago in the first round (29th overall) of the 2012
NBA Draft, after helping lead the University of Kentucky to the 2012 NCAA
Championship.
