國外部落客找出老穆的最大價值：因為老穆是完全鳥權，所以我們可以不受薪資上限限制，跟他簽下超級大、然後非保障或低額保障的一年合約，雖然因為只有一年合約，要三個月內或12/15前不得交易，但是只要能撐到那時候，我們就可以拿他去當做Haywood這樣的用途，來去交易人了。 From RealGm by Dantown： Bulls could do two things with Nazr 1. S&T him now at the max salary (Bulls have full bird rights on Nazr and likely didn't renounce them) and guarantee the first year with years two/three non-guaranteed OR 2. Sign him to a non-guaranteed contract (the last date contracts guarantee is early January) so that he's eligible to traded and instantly waived for about a month as he could not be traded until December 15th.
