來自Edgbaston球場維護員Steve Rouse的說法，
由於Birmingham地區連日大雨（！），球場草皮狀況很差，
球道「跟果凍一樣」（XDDD）軟Ｑ......lol

2005灰燼盃在Edgbaston的對抗賽也是在球道很「軟Ｑ」的狀況下進行的。Orz
（還好英格蘭最後驚險獲勝）
