BOSTON – The Texas Rangers continue to sort through their pitching options
past the Boston series, but one thing is certain, manager Ron Washington said
Monday: Yu Darvish will start the homestand opener Friday against Houston.

本周五主場對太空人隊的開幕戰由達爾先發。
Washington said the Rangers want to keep Darvish on the normal four days’ of
rest and want to see how Lewis recovers from his five-inning, 98-pitch outing
Sunday. Washington and general manager Jon Daniels were to meet Monday to
discuss options.
雖然有休兵日，但希望達爾維持正常只休四天。

Darvish’s outing on Sunday, by the way, was his eighth outing since the start
of 2013 with six or more innings with no runs allowed. It’s tied for the most
in the AL with Hiroki Kuroda and Hisashi Iwakuma.
達爾周日先發過後，計算2013年球季到現在，先發投手6局(或以上)0失分的場次，
跟黑田博樹及岩隈久志一起並列美聯最多。
