[外電] Banister與達爾會面
Jeff Banister, who has been on the job as Rangers' manager for about two months
now, finally met his man this week when he had his first meeting with the
Rangers ace pitcher Yu Darvish at Globe Life Park in Arlington.
"Impressive man," Banister told reporters on Thursday in what seems to be true
Banister, short-and-to-the-point fashion. "He's much bigger when you stand next
to him than when you see him from the dugout. Very impressive guy. Had a great
conversation. Spent some time together this morning."
二個月來擔任條子總教練一職的Jeff Banister總算跟達爾來個正式相會了
"Impressive man"他這樣告訴記者的。
「相較遠方的牛棚看過去，站在他旁邊會覺得他更高，他是個令人印象深刻的人，
早上花了一些時間與他有個很棒的交談。」
