Rangers pitcher Yu Darvish's wife gives birth to baby boy
Yu Darvish is a father again.
Darvish announced via Twitter that his wife, Seiko, gave birth to a son Sunday
evening. He indicated all is well with his family. Darvish will get back to
throwing Tuesday with a bullpen session in Arlington before returning to
Arizona.
He is scheduled to pitch Friday -- on five days' of rest since his last start
-- when the Rangers face San Diego in Surprise. He is expected to throw about
90 pitches. The start puts him in perfect position to be the Rangers' opening
day starter.
His next start would presumably be March 29, which would give him the usual
four days of rest before the season opener against Cleveland. The Rangers,
however, have not announced a season-opening starter.
The baby is Darvish's second with his wife.

昨天透過推特表示山本聖子已順利生下第二個男寶寶
周二在阿靈頓牛棚後再趕去亞利桑那會合
預計本周五3/24先發90球，再下一次是3/29 (正常4天休息)投球，
這樣的安排剛好是2017開幕戰先發的作息 (4/3主場 vs 印地安人)
