右膝手術需要至少一個月的時間休息復原這下子Irureta更焦慮了... SURGERY FOR FRAN Depor's captain Fran could soon undergo surgery. The midfielder has been experiencing problems on his right knee which prevented him from playing and even training normally. He has not improved in recent times and doctors recommend a more drastic approach. Fran still has to decide whether or not he will pay a visit to the operation room, but it looks quite probable. If such a thing happens he will be out of the playfields for, at least, one month. The operation is quite simple in itself, but he would need that time in order to be fully recovered again. It was on July last, when during the Ourense vs Deportivo pre-season game Fran's left knee collided with a rival's. The player has always expressed his will to make a definitive comeback since then. He has indeed been taking care of his knee, but the injury reappears as soon as he trains with some intensity. Doctors believe that he could not resist one or two official matches. In any case, this problem - alongside Mauro Silva's injury - represents a setback for coach Irureta. Now two key players could be out of the team for a number of games.
