Depor close in on Turk
Deportivo La Coruna are understood to be closing on a deal to land Turkish
striker Fatih Tekke.

The Galician outfit parted company with manager Javier Irureta earlier in the
week and are now planning a major overhaul of their playing squad.
A host of new faces are expected at The Riazor this summer whilst a number of
familiar names will follow Irureta through the exit door.
The first new arrival could well be Tekke who notched 30 goals for
Trabzonspor in the Turkish SuperLig last term.
Reports in Spain claim talks between Depor president Augusto Cesar Lendoiro
and the player's agent Loucido Ribeiro are at an advanced stage, and a deal
could be concluded in the near future.
Rumours are also rife that Athletic Bilbao boss Ernesto Valverde will be the
man to succeed Irureta.
Valverde, like Irureta a Basque, is to depart Athletic having failed to agree
a new contract and could now take charge at The Riazor.
