Depor clinch third Barca raid
Deportivo La Coruna have moved quickly to conclude a deal for
Barcelona youngster Joan Verdu.
拉科簽下了巴薩小將Joan Verdu。
The 23-year-old midfielder becomes the third player to leave Barca
for Depor this summer, joining Rodri and Cristian Hidalgo at The
Riazor, and is Depor's 11th signing of the close season.
這個23歲的中場球員繼Rodri和Cristian之後，成為今夏第三個
從巴薩轉投拉科的球員。他也是拉科這賽季的第11個簽約。
He arrives as a direct replacement for Juan Carlos Valeron who is
facing four months on the sidelines after sustaining a knee ligament
injury in a pre-season friendly with Benfica.
他要代替Valeron的位置。Valeron在與本菲卡的友誼賽中受傷，
可能要四個月才能回復。
Depor have paid €600.000 (￡400,000) to clinch Verdu's signature,
although the Catalans have inserted a clause into the transfer that
gives them the option to re-sign him in 2007 should he impress at
Depor.

表現出色，巴薩可以在2007年把他簽回來。
The youngster - who has signed a three-year deal - is thrilled by the
opportunity to prove himself with the Galicians having found first-team
opportunities hard to come by at Camp Nou.
簽了三年約的小將渴望藉由他在Camp Nou難以取得的先發位置來
證明自己。
"I expect to work as hard as possible to achieve the objectives the club
have set," he stated.
我會盡全力來幫助俱樂部達到他們訂下的目標。
"I want to demonstrate many things and this is the best team in which
to do that."

Depor president Augusto Cesar Lendoiro spoke of his delight at the
deal, adding: "We think he is going to be a very important player for
Deportivo in years to come, not just the three for which he has signed.

年都會是拉科的很重要的一員，而不只是他簽下的三年。
"He is a signing who fits well into the squad and should be a very
interesting player."
