Best midfilder in 50 years to come from Scandinavia is Orjan Berg, (His younger
brother played in Italy some years ago, but was not so god as Orjan) Berg has
turned the national team down to fokus on Rosenborg!
Roar Strand plays along Orjan Berg in midfield he is on the UEFA top list of
players with most CL games. And are the no. 1 most winning player in Norway
ever!
Erik Hoftun is the capitan of the team an turned down an offer from Napoli,
Italy to play in Rosenborg.
Theese three players are the root of the team and never playes a medium game!
In goal Espen Johnsen a young and very talented keeper who have been given the
place on the national team even before he is old enough.
Christer basma is right back, and is also so on the national team.
Stale Stensaas is left back and norwegian answere to Roberto Carlos
In the middle along with Hoftun is Vidar Riseth who came from 1860 Munchen this
year. Extreamly fast and hard defender. Never looses a duell.
Fredrik Winsnes is the 3. player in midfield. He is the youngster trying to
take the role of SkammelsGUD that quitted footbal after last season. Fredrik
has played one year in Sweeden and are a quick, technical player.
On top we have Harald Brattbakk who is just missing 19 goals to be the most
scoring player in Norway ever! He needs no more coment! He scores a lot!
Along Brattbakk on top is Azar Karadas a very physical player that looks like a
guy you did not want to meet alone in a dark ally after midnight! Takes crap
from no one and returns a hell of a beating to all the defenders.
And finaly Frode Johnsen ho also play in attack. He is also a very god scorer
and has scored equal to Brattbakk this year. Also very calm and secure with the
bal. He is playing midfield in the National team.
Then there are the coach Age Hareide. He is probbly the next great coach from
Scandinavia after Sven Gjoran Erikson (England Coach). Has gold medals in
Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Finaly we have our subs. A news reporter (that does not like Rosenborg) said it
very good: "Rosenborgs substitutes would all be capitains and most valuable
player in any other Norwegian club, but in Rosenborg thay are just substitutes!
" Most of them are young talented players that have or are playing on youth
national teams.
