[訪問]Molina:我對上一場比賽的結果很滿意

Goalkeeper Jose Molina of Deportivo hasn’t been beaten in three consecutive
matches while Deportivo qualified for the Champions League and won the first
match of the new Liga. Molina spoke about the current squad of Deportivo and
the season ahead.
Q: Deportivo have started the new season well.
A: Yes, that’s true. The pitch at Zaragoza was bad but finally we won.
Q: Have Deportivo the defensive security back again of some seasons ago?
A: Let’s hope we have that back and keep it for many more matches. As a
goalkeeper I like to be in a serious team not conceding many goals.
Q: There’s not much time to think back to the victory at Zaragoza?
A: No, because tomorrow we play against Bilbao in Riazor. And this team already
showed against Barcelona that they’re in a good physical shape. Besides they
have some good players.
Q: Are Deportivo worse off than other teams in a physical aspect?
A: I don’t think we differ compared to other teams. We’re not in a better or
worse shape.
Q: Will this be a Liga for the “Galacticos”?
A: I suppose that every team will want to win against them. If they’re really
the best they will win it. But we’ll try to prevent that.
Q: What about the come-back of Songo’o?
A: He’s the living history of Deportivo. He won a Liga here and played some
marvellous seasons.
Q: What’s your opinion on the first matchday?
A: Well, there are some teams like Barcelona and us that have shown to be
solid. But this has been only one match.
Q: Most top teams have strengthened themselves for this season…
A: All presidents have to give the best team possible to their supporters. And
I think Lendoiro has given us the best squad possible.
