According to Tracy Ringolsby of Inside the Rockies, the team designated
pitcher Matt Belisle for assignment and recalled Josh Fogg. Ringolsby feels
the Padres might make a waiver claim on Belisle, who was knocked around in
17.3 relief innings this year.
