Scutaro was drilled in the head with a pitch from Josh Beckett on Friday and
had to leave the game, the Boston Globe reports.
Recommendation: John McDonald pinch ran and took over at shortstop. Scutaro
walked off under his own power, but it's unclear how long he will be
sidelined.
