Francisco Rodriguez needs surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right
thumb.
An awful situation just keeps getting worse. He suffered the injury when he
punched his girlfriend's father last week. K-Rod is not with the team in
Houston, but it's not clear when the surgery will take place. Either way,
he's expected to be done for the year. Rodriguez is on tap to make $11.5
million next season and has a $17.5 million vesting option for 2012. It will
be interesting to see if the Mets have any recourse here. Mets manager Jerry
Manuel will likely play the matchups in his absence, using Bobby Parnell,
Pedro Feliciano and Hisanori Takahashi, among others. This situation is a

感覺大都會沒啥起色 拿不到幾勝 打線太弱了 一場得不到幾分
明明就星光閃閃 又是一個失敗的球季
目前說是這3個 可能是委員會
Pedro Feliciano 危險人物 解決一人都有難度 WHIP BAA都太高了
Hisanori Takahashi 也是左投 左投剋左打還是比較好用
Bobby Parnell 算是大都會年輕 有淺力的投手 值得培養 穩定性要在磨一下
