Delmon Young will bat third and start in left field in his Tigers' debut
Monday night.Young was acquired from the Twins on Monday for left-hander Cole
Nelson and a player to be named later. The 25-year-old is batting just
.266/.305/.357 batting line, four home runs and 32 RBI over 325 plate
appearances this season, so we're a little surprised to see him in the No. 3
spot. Chances are he'll drop down once Brennan Boesch (thumb) is ready to
return to the starting lineup. Tigers manager Jim Leyland indicated Monday
that struggling veteran Magglio Ordonez will be a part-time player moving
forward.
曾經的五拍子頂級新秀，好在還算年輕(1985)，去年好不容易打出ops 0.826的成績，
今年又鳥掉了，換個球隊換換手氣。
