Jorquera dream comes true
Although Albert Jorquera saw his dream come true when he made his
Nou Camp debut against Bilbao, he was disappointed not to come away
with a win.
Despite a wonderful game, in which he made a number of excellent saves,
Jorquera explained: "we'd all like to debut with a win, but it just
wasn't to be tonight. They caught us a bit cold with their goal, we
were trying to make a change and I myself was wrong footed by the header".
Modestly, Jorquera found it difficult to define his own qualities:
"I guess I'm quite relaxed and that helps me particularly in one-on-one
situations. It also helped me tonight that Rijkaard didn't tell me I was
to start until the very last moment".
Praise for Rustu
Albert Jonquera was full of praise for Rustu, who was once again on the
bench tonight after Rijkaard decided to keep his three outfield non EEC
players in the team: "Rustu gave me tips he's a great professional and a
very good person".
