Reports in France claim Tottenham Hotspur are readying a bid for Lyon starlet
Hatem Ben Arfa.
The 19-year-old has struggled for first-team opportunities with the French
champions this season and is eager to play regularly.
Under Lyon coach Gerard Houllier, the striker has started just four games in
Ligue 1, while he made a solitary appearance in the club's run to the UEFA
Champions League quarter finals.
