in March...
After a 6-8 start, put together a 25-12 record, highlighted by indoor title
in Metz (d. Gonzalez) and runner-up showings in 's-Hertogenbosch (l. to
Schalken) and Lyon (l. to Schuettler)...
Also reached 4th RD at Roland Garros (l. to Costa) and SF in Halle (l. to
Kiefer)...
Finished with 11-9 record on hard, 8-3 on grass, 7-6 on clay and 5-2 on carpet.
