2003 IN REVIEW The Frenchman finished in Top 100 for fourth time in last five years and won a personal-best 17 matches on ATP circuit during season... Also posted solid results on Challenger circuit towards end of year... Began season by reaching QF in Adelaide (l. to Voinea) and 2nd RD at Australian Open (l. to Malisse)... Returned to Europe and reached 2nd RD in Milan and QF at Andrezieux Challenger... In clay court swing, qualified for TMS Hamburg and reached 2nd RD (d. Santoro, l. to Nalbandian)...
