I HAD A DREAM...
Once upon a time there was a boy, only just 13 years old.
His dream was to be celebrated by the huge audience in
the arena he was now throwing balls to stars in. He was
very proud to receive a commemorative medal as a ball-boy
from Wayne Ferreira, the winner of the 1994 Davidoff Swiss
Indoors (see picture).
Nine years later the dream has come true. The big figures
are no longer Edberg, Stich, Kafelnikow or Ferreira. It is
now Roger Federer himself who is drawing all the attention.
He has reached new heights in terms of skills as well as in
the favour of his fans, who are thrilled by his performances.
